Affordable Housing for California Communities, INC. was formed to attempt to address the critical shortage of affordable housing

Affordable Housing for California Communities, INC. will use partnerships, joint ventures, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and tax-exempt bond financing to accomplish its goals of providing, rehabilitating, and preserving affordable housing. An additional benefit of these efforts is the stabilization of local neighborhoods

AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR CALIFORNIA COMMUNITIES, INC., a non-profit organization, is dedicated to becoming a leader in the affordable housing industry. Our organizational structure enables the company to diversify into several disciplines of affordable housing. We will have active involvement in developments and housing programs throughout California:

• Development of new, quality, affordable rental housing for families and seniors.
• Rehabilitation of existing rental housing to create secure, quality living environments for low-income families and seniors.
• Development of transitional housing for very low-income individuals.
• Development of small housing projects for individuals with special needs.
