The present board composition is as follows: Ulysses Lepe, President and Executive Director Mr. Lepe has been a real estate broker and Investor-developer since 1992 and is responsible for all acquisition, disposition, entitlements, and development activities for a real estate investment company with a primary focus on the preservation of LIHTC/HUD properties. Ulysses has over 35 years of Real Estate experience and in the affordable housing industry and is a co-founder of FOSTER HAMILTON Affordable.   He has personally helped in the sale and development and preservation of over 1,000 of Single Family, Multi-family homes and Affordable Housing and Residential developments and with real estate financing and in tax exempt bond financing and low income housing tax credits.

Larry A. Shiepe, Executive Financial Director

• Real Estate Development: purchased and rehabbed many single-family and multifamily real estate.
• Developed land, new construction, and apartment remodel.
• Undertook evaluations and market reviews and determined asset positioning.
• Assessed investment prospects and evaluated hold-sell strategies.
• Wrote quarterly investment performance reports and analyzed real estate sales.
• Reviewed annual operating budgets and recommended capital expenditures that have preserved over 50 projects of low-income housing (LIHTC).
