Mr. Lepe has been a real estate broker and developer since 1992 and is responsible for all acquisition, disposition, entitlements, and development activities for a real estate investment company with a primary focus on the preservation of LIHTC/HUD properties and almost 300 unit properties and has brokered and sold over 1,000 properties.
Larry A. Shiepe, Executive Financial Director
- Real Estate Development: purchased and rehabbed many single-family and multifamily real estate.
- Developed land, new construction, and apartment remodel.
- Undertook evaluations and market reviews and determined asset positioning.
- Assessed investment prospects and evaluated hold-sell strategies.
- Wrote quarterly investment performance reports and analyzed real estate sales.
- Reviewed annual operating budgets and recommended capital expenditures that have preserved over 50 units of low-income housing (LIHTC).

Ms. Shiepe has been a real estate broker and developer since 1996 and is responsible for all acquisition, disposition, entitlements, and development activities for a real estate investment company. Ms. Shiepe has been rehabbing properties since 1994 and has remodeled over 200 properties. In addition, Ms. Shiepe works with a primary focus on the preservation of LIHTC/HUD properties, almost 300 LIHTC/HUD unit properties, and has brokered and sold over 1,000 properties.
